Italian Cuisine Week in Vietnam 2021, organized by the Italian Embassy in Hanoi, the Italian Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City and the Italian Office of Commerce - HCMC Office in coordination with the Italian Chamber of Commerce (ICHAM) from December 9th to 19th, 2021 .
The program includes an exhibition of Italian food and drinks with the participation of importers and traders of Italian delicacies in Vietnam.
The event will take place from December 9th to 12th in the AEON Mall Tan Phu (HCMC) and from December 16th to 19th in the AEON Mall Long Bien (Hanoi). Both fairs are open to the public from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and are accompanied by cooking courses and musical performances.
One of the highlights of the show is the presentation of cooking videos by the famous Italian chef Gianvito Matarrese, founder of the EVO restaurant in Alberobello and member of the “Associazione Italiana Ambasciatori del Gusto”.
